Once the order is placed you can immediately come grab the keg during our usual business hours:
Sunday–Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Thursday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
All kegs are chilled at the point of pickup. We recommend keeping the kegs cooled to refrigeration temperatures. A large bucket filled with ice works great if you do not have a large fridge space.
All kegs and hand pumps have a deposit that is added to the order. Upon returning the keg and hand pump in good shape, your deposit will be returned in full.
The refund will go back onto the credit card that is on file. This can take a few business days to be loaded back onto your card.
We recommend keeping your keg cold in a large bucket and tapping the keg with the pump about an hour before use.
To attach the pump, twist it into position and pull down the handle. Once the handle has been pulled down you are ready to start pumping air into the keg.
Open the valve and pump the keg until beer starts to flow. Be careful not to pump too much as this will cause the beer to foam.
You will need to keep an eye on how much air is in the keg by feeling this with the pump pressure. If it's hard to press you are good to go. The more you drink, the more you will need to pump.
